I think the ecomonically sound and smart thing to do is not to open the Victoria Pool at all. With the economy in such bad shape the state could really save money by cutting corners. There is no need to have two swimming pools operating during these difficult times and the Peerless Pool complex is certainly large enough to accomodate everyone.
