Give me the $65, you can swim in my pool!

This picture is so obnoxious.
Let me ask you...what will you do with your time when the pool actually DOES open?

If Tom Marino was curious why so many people dislike your society, this picture is truly worth a thousand words.

Be careful Helen, he might bounce back with his brilliant conclusion

"when people are standing in line
wanting to give you money for something you have to
offer, most good business people would find a way to
let them in. Again, that's just a fact. I know we are
dealing with the state so that most likely isn't a
factor. It's not their money so there is no incentive."

Keep posting these silly photos and cheap shots and see how long before ANYBODY still takes you seriously.

the picture DRIVES home the point that Tom Mario is making. There are customers with money, tourists and locals, who will spend it in our Saratoga economy.
you may think the picture is silly, but when high gas prices stop all the day tourist...YOU in Saratoga may like a cheesey tourist to spend some money... that tax money is what keeps our streets clean, flowers planted, etc.
Remember what hand feeds you Mr and Mrs Tourist Town.

I don't think so. Maybe it would drive home his point if this weren't a set up. You don't have to be a genius to figure out that this person is connected to the society in some way. No self respecting perfect stranger is going to pose for this. And standing there waving a large sum of money is even more ridiculous. You already have mentioned how the swimming should be free and how you think that the Victoria Pool charges the most out of all the pools in the parks system...are you now saying that because it was so hot you would have paid any price? Get a good, firm grip on reality.
