NYS Senate coup may not be a bad idea.

Is it time for NYS Parks to stage a coup like our esteemed state senators? Kick the high officials out of their low cost mansions and give the parks back to the people.

Just when I think there overpaid. It may be a little crowded in the park in summer but I think they have a lot of free time the rest of the year.

with protection like this i won't have anything left to steal. said...

Jack Sadousky regional vice president for Saratoga and the Finger Lakes region for Local 102 of the state park police supervisors’ union made $94,967 in 2008 + untold benefits. I guess that would bring his salary up to about $120,000. Anybody else think this is a little high? I wonder how much time he got off for union business?

Michael Greenslade, park manager. Who couldn’t get the peerless pool open when Contractors couldn’t finish a $168,000 renovation of the pool’s surface and it didn’t open till mid July made $74,523+ benefits.
No wonder New York State is such poor shape. In any private sector job he would have been canned.

I’m looking through these salaries and this is worse than I ever imagined. How on earth did these salaries get so out of whack?

What is the point of all of this?

Desperation that's what it is. Louise Goldstein and crew are so desperate to get a swimming pool open that they would smear people's good names. I didn't think it was possible for you all to reach a new low but you proved me wrong.

Since when is publishing the salaries of Park employees a smear? They should have nothing to hide? If they don't like it they can quit, get a job in the private sector and then its nobody's business.

If you say so. It still seems awfully silly to me. Why do we need to know all this? What was the point, I mean you didn't just wake up and decided to publish this information...there must be a good reason....???

Ready for the Food riots:
What do you do for a living? Been pulled over by the Park Police for speeding? Given a ticket for consuming alcohol in public? Had to claim responsibility for your child who became intoxicated at SPAC? You seem to have an ax to grind with the cops. Concentrate on getting your stupid pool open and taken care of properly
